Summit Property Management was formed in early 2016 after three former property managers were discussing their past experiences in the field. We discovered that as an industry, many management companies were focused on volume, not necessarily quality of service. As fate would have it, the very next day, without any prompting or promotion, we received four phone calls from former properties we managed asking if we may someday start our own company. With that vote of confidence, we set out to start Summit Property Management.
Our mission is simple: Deliver high quality property management services, put the client first, be transparent with all pricing and communicate timely and effectively.
In order to achieve these goals, Summit Property Management limits the number of properties/units any one property manager is responsible for handling.
We have a great core at Summit Property Management. Our property managers that have collectively overseen more than 2000 units during their careers. We strive to exceed all expectations of our clients. Let us put our experience and leadership to work for you.
